Returns & Order Issues

To protect our greenhouse, soil supplies, and plants from potential contamination, PlantsNDesigns does not accept returns of soil amendments once packages have left our possession. This applies to both opened and unopened packages.

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order as long as the package remains in our possession. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we can no longer cancel the order.
